Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the betbot service, published by betbot LLC (a company incorporated under United States law, State of New Mexico — hereinafter the "Publisher").

betbot is a football analysis and prediction service provided for informational purposes only, in particular in connection with the 2026 World Cup. betbot is not a betting operator: the service does not take any bets, does not record any stakes and does not handle any gambling money.

The analyses do not constitute any guarantee of winnings. Sports betting involves a real financial risk and may result in the total loss of the amounts wagered. The user acknowledges that they remain solely responsible for any bets they may place with licensed third-party operators, and assumes full responsibility for them.

2. Access to the service — Account creation

Access to the full analyses requires the creation of a personal account and the purchase of a subscription. When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and declares that they are at least 18 years of age.

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. An account is strictly personal and may not be shared.

3. Subscription and pricing

betbot is offered under the following plans:

• Starter — €10 per month, all taxes included, no commitment, automatically renewed each month. Grants access to the analysis of one new match per day (re-opening a match already analyzed and the re-analysis triggered by the release of the official line-ups remain included).
• Pro — €19 per month, all taxes included, no commitment, automatically renewed each month. Unlimited analyses and full access to all features.
• Lifetime access — €99, all taxes included, a one-time payment granting access to the service and its future developments, with no time limit, for as long as the service is operated.

Subscriptions taken out before July 6, 2026 (Monthly Subscription at €22.90 per month all taxes included, World Cup Pass at €69.99 all taxes included) remain valid under the terms in force at the time they were taken out.

Prices are stated inclusive of all taxes in euros. The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. Any price change affecting an ongoing subscription is notified in advance and only takes effect at the next renewal.

Payment is made online using the payment methods offered at the time of purchase. The monthly subscription is tacitly renewed at each billing date until cancelled.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have, in principle, a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

However, as betbot is a digital service performed immediately, if you request access to the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided (Article L.221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

5. One-click cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, in a single click, directly from your personal account area ("Subscription" section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access to the service until the end of the current period, and no further renewal is charged afterwards.

6. Liability

betbot provides analyses and predictions for informational purposes, produced from statistical data and artificial intelligence tools. The Publisher does not guarantee any result, any winnings or any predictive accuracy. Sport is inherently unpredictable.

The user remains the sole decision-maker for their bets and assumes full responsibility for them, including any losses. The Publisher shall not be held liable for the user's betting decisions or for sporting results. Its liability is, in any event, limited to the amount of the subscription actually paid by the user.

7. Availability of the service

The Publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service accessible, without any guarantee of continuous availability. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure or failure of third-party technical providers, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.

8. Intellectual property

All betbot content (trademark, logo, texts, analyses, predictions, interfaces, code) is protected. The subscription grants a mere personal, non-exclusive right to use the service. Any reproduction, resale or redistribution of the analyses to third parties is prohibited. See the legal notice.

9. Personal data

The processing of users' personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, to which express reference is made.

10. Governing law and consumer mediation

These Terms are governed by French law.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may use a mediation scheme. A consumer mediator will be appointed before paid subscriptions open; until then, any consumer residing in the European Union may refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:
